Galicia stands out for having large areas of countryside with interesting bird communities, especially in spring. In the countryside we can see a large number of passerines as well as different species of birds of prey. Some of them, like the melanic Montagu’s harrier, is very characteristic of the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula.
We can make excursions of one or two days to different areas depending on the time of the year and combine it with visits to other ecosystems.
